Shipping inside the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders arrive in 7 to 15 business days. International orders ship for a flat $9.99 and usually arrive in 10 to 25 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Email hellosupport@shopsalice.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement size or a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, apart from obvious sizing try-ons.

Every collar, harness, bed and costume page lists measurements in both inches and centimetres. Measure your dog's neck or chest with a soft tape, add two finger-widths of slack, and pick the size that covers that number. If you are between sizes, go up. Not sure? Send us your dog's weight and neck measurement and we will tell you which one to order.

Because they ship together. Each kit page shows the total you would pay buying the items separately, struck through next to the kit price — the difference is real, not a made-up discount. Every item in a kit is also sold on its own if you only want one or two of them.
